Status Labs Co-founder and President Darius Fisher has been named the recipient of the 2016 “Business Development Individual of the Year” award. The prestigious honor, which is given by PR World Awards, recognizes leaders in the fields of marketing, public and investor relations, and corporate communications from all major industries.
Darius Fisher is known as a digital crisis expert who has worked with a long list of high profile multinational corporations and famous clients. His innovative strategies allowed Austin, Texas based Status Labs to grow its revenue 939 percent between 2012 and 2015.
This isn’t the first time that Fisher has been recognized with an award, as he won PR Week’s Innovation 50 award in 2015. In addition, the businessman and strategist has been profiled by numerous publications including the New York Post, US News & World Report, and New York Times.
Fisher states that he feels motivating employees with performance awards, goal incentives, and offering community service opportunities is an important part of team building and business success, along with taking partnerships and relationship building efforts seriously. Ever since launching Status Labs, the firm has become one of the most esteemed digital reputation management, public relations, and online marketing firms in the country.
